The Chief Marketing Officer at Service Express since 2011, he's partnered with his executive team to grow the company from $30 million in annual revenue to over $350 million by implementing high-return demand generation, marketing & sales operations, and sales development programs. Joshua has grown a team from 2 to almost 110 and his teams deliver 70% of new logo pipeline and revenue at Service Express.

Leatherman has been featured in AdAge and on numerous podcasts including Lead the Team with Ben FanningRenegade Thinkers Unite , CMO Huddles Live and The Marketers Journey.

Josh has partnered with the Service Express executive team to expand Service Express from a regional data center maintenance company to an International partner in the data center. He's helped to develop and roll out adjacent services, the digital strategy through ExpressConnect, ESG and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

Leatherman advises and invests in growth companies.
