The Chief Marketing Officer at Service Express since 2011, he's partnered with his executive team to grow the company from $30 million in annual revenue to over $300 million by implementing high-return go-to-market teams, including demand generation, revenue operations, sales development programs and sales.
Under his leadership, Service Express has been recognized for having built a highly engaged culture with high performing teams, including being named to the Inc 5000 list (12 times), Best & Brightest Company to Work for in the Nation (14 years), Comparably Best Company Leadership Teams, Glassdoor Best Places to Work, among other awards.

Josh has partnered with the Service Express executive team to expand Service Express from a regional data center maintenance company to an International partner in the data center. He's helped to develop and roll out adjacent services, the digital strategy through ExpressConnect, ESG and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
